Full Terms and Conditions for Jack Daniel’s Find your Flavourite (the “Promotion”)

A. Validity of Participation

Any person over the age of 18 who is resident in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland and Scotland) may take part in this Promotion, excluding employees of the Promoter and companies involved and their immediate relatives, agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
Opening date for participation in the Promotion is as described on the social media adverts posted (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period runs from 10:00 on the 1 August 2022, during participating venue trading hours. Entries received after 2nd September 2022 at 23:59 will not be considered.

B. To Enter the Promotion

All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. To participate in the Promotion participants must:

Visit the Promoter’s webpage “Find your Flavor” via (https://www.jackdanielsmakeitcount.com/);
b) The participant must complete the ‘quiz mechanic’ by answering a set of five questions which will generate a voucher for a free drink at a participating venue, via email;
The participant will need to enter a valid email address;
Additional entries will not receive an additional voucher email;
The venue finder feature will enable the participant to find their nearest participating venue.

2. The Promotion only allows one entry per person and one free drink per person.

3. [The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the offer of a free drink (by way of the serving staff in the participating venues) if the participant has failed to prove their age as being over 18. The venue reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. The venue may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the free drink “prize” may be withheld unless and until the venue is satisfied with the verification.]

4. Subject to [3] above, all vouchers are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Promoter is not responsible for submissions that have not been transmitted, whether due to delay, destruction or technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.

6. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

C. Prizes

1. These promotional Terms and Conditions are applicable to this Promotion and the material prize as defined and stated [on/in] the brand social media pages] is limited to one free drink per person:

Drink to be either a Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple Fizz, or a Jack Daniel’s Apple and Lemonade or a Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and Pepsi.
The drink will include the participants' mixer of choice.
The drink will be one serving, of 25ml.

2. The drink available as part of this Promotion is as stated and is not transferable. Payment of the equivalent value of the prize in cash is not valid.

D. Limitations

1. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

2. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the prize (including to any guests), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed entries, which were unable to be delivered or received for any reason beyond its control.

E. Consent and Data Protection

1. By participating in the Promotion, each participant acknowledges and consents that his / her name and image may be used in reasonable future publicity for marketing or promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2. Unless an entrant has indicated that he/she would like to receive communications from the Promoter in the future, his/her personal data will only be held for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will not be retained once the prize draw has been concluded and each participant has received their free drink.

3. You acknowledge that Brown-Forman Corporation (BROWN-FORMAN) and other companies within the BROWN-FORMAN group (details of which are available on request) or BROWN-FORMAN's agents, partners or licensees, will handle your personal information, in accordance with the BROWN-FORMAN privacy policy https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english, for legitimate business purposes such as to provide you with personalized services and content, to analyze and consider ways of improving our services and products, and to respond to your requests. Your personal information may be transferred to any country where BROWN-FORMAN group companies or our service providers have facilities and personal information will be retained as permitted by applicable law. If in the future, you do not wish to receive further communications from the BROWN-FORMAN group and would prefer to be removed from its database, or if you wish to make corrections to your details or change how you receive communications from us, please write to: privacy@b-f.com.

G. Further points

1. Entrants are deemed to have read, understood and consented to these Terms and Conditions of participation by participating in the Promotion.

2. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the United Kingdom and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
